Cases are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to limitations since the returned product cannot ever be resold or put back into sellable inventory.

Since the respective point of purchase (i.e. Zulily or Amazon) is the actual merchant to charge your credit card, we do not have access to the information needed to provide you with a refund.
